NEW PREPAID GUIDELINES

 

A. Expiration

Loading Pinaka Cellcard to any active Extelcom mobile number is the best prepaid product the company offers to its subscribers whose main purpose is to make affordable calls outside of its network. To fully maximize the load value availed by every subscribers, expiration per deno- mination will be observed effective October 1, 2007:

    Pinaka Cellcard P100 - 30 days

    Pinaka Cellcard P250 - 45 days

    Pinaka Cellcard P500 - 60 days

    Express Unlimited - 30 days

  • Expiration in this context shall be based on the prepaid load value not used up for a given period of time.
  • Unused portion of the prepaid load value after the given expiry period shall be automatically forfeited.
  • Mobile number with forfeited load value are still recognized in the system and are not immediately subject for deactivation. Evaluation and grace period shall be provided for these mobile numbers.
  • For mobile number with multiple loading activities per day, the bench mark in determining the exact expiration date will be its latest and/or its highest prepaid load value.
  • However, Pinaka Cellcard load which amount is not included on the above list and credited manually by Customer Service shall have a different expiration dates as follow:
  • Expiration Load Amount
    30 days P99.00 to P249.99
    45 days P250.00 to P499.99
    60 days P500.00 to P999.99
    Subject for evaluation P1000.00 and above
    For Express Unlimited plans, unlimited access will expire 30 days after its last load.
    • On the 31st day no more access for outgoing and incoming
    • Subs can still access *555 for reloading of MSF, 30 days after expiry date
    • Failure to reload within the grace period, mobile number will be off for re-issuance and the system will automatically forfeits the account balance if there is any
    • Rules on Pinaka Cellcard load expiration is not applicable on MSF plans

    B. Loading Request

    As a standard practice, Express Unlimited together with Pinaka Cellcard loads can only be availed by buying the physical card. Now you can call our Customer Service or you may coordinate directly with your respective Sales Officer for your load request. Yes, we can even load Pinaka Cellcard value, higher than the existing standard denominations: 100, 250, 500. Just deposit your payment to any Extelcom's accredited banks, send via fax a copy of your deposit slip and your load will be credited right away. Please note that this type of loading can only be done during banking hours.

    C. Rates

    Starting October 1, 2007, Express Unlimited P590 plan subscribers calling Hindi Matatapatan Rate (HMR) plan, will now be charged P1.00 per minute.
