- Current active Extelcom subscriber under the standard prepaid plan can be shifted to any of the Express Unlimited Plans.
ACTIVATING YOUR EXPRESS UNLIMITED
- All you need is your analog cell phone and the Express Unlimited card. Make sure to have the phone programmed to Express Telecom's network.
- Scratch off the coating on the Validation code found on the back of the Express Unlimited card
- Dial *555 and load the Validation code. After successfully loading the validation code, you can now start making unlimited Express-to-Express calls
- For other type of calls (local, cellular, NDD and IDD), purchase and load Express PINAKA CELLCARD in P100, P250 or P500 denominations.

MAINTAINING YOUR EXPRESS UNLIMITED ACCOUNT
A. CARD AND ACCOUNT VALIDITY
The Express Unlimited Card is valid for 30 days. You can make advance or multiple card loading even before the 30-day expiration in order to ensure continuous service. Each card you load in advance will automatically add another 30 days of service to the previous card you loaded.
B. RELOADING THE ACCOUNT
Prior to the expiry of your 30-day unlimited service, you need to reload your account by purchasing and loading an Express Unlimited card. To reload, see instructions above.
Failure to reload an Express Unlimited card to your account and inactivity (no outgoing or incoming calls) of your phone for 30 days from the last loading date will mean disconnection of the service.
